Welcome to my website for the International Ethics class for London, Spring 2012.  This 9 day trip will be jam packed with great business briefings in the mornings, cultural activities in the afternoons and fabulous food in the evenings.  The first information session is on Friday, September 16 from 5:15-6:30 in the XMBA class on the ground floor of Smith Hall.   The cost of the program is $3350 (not including tuition for the 3 credit hour course).  The $3350 covers your airfare, housing, transit, tube passes, all breakfasts, and all dinners.  The trip also includes a one day excursion to the Victorian city of Bath, and a visit to mystical Stonehenge.

On Friday, March 2, 2012, we’ll fly from Cincinnati to London, returning Sunday March 11, 2012.  After we land in London and clear customs and immigration, we’ll have a van pick us up at the airport and take us to our housing at Ramada London Hyde Park.  The Ramada is a lovely hotel, located in the west London area, near Hyde Park. The rooms are lovely, and larger than most London hotel rooms within this price range.  The rooms come with a complimentary full English breakfast.

My goal is to have everyone active after our arrival, because this is the best way to avoid jet-lag.  During the first day, we’ll tour the area, get our international cell phones, and visit some local sites.  After dinner, we’ll return to the Ramada-Jarvis, then get a good night’s sleep.

On Sunday, March 4, we’ll have a guided tour of the Tower of London and the British Museum.
